AT THE BEGINNING OF THE INSPECTION, TCS FOODS WERE BEING PREPARED AND SERVED WHILE LOW PRESSURE HOT WATER AT THE HAND WASHING SINKS ONLY REACHED 85F. MANAGER STATED THE FACILITY WAS UNAWARE OF THE WATER BEING SHUT OFF BY THE CITY WATER DEPARTMENT AND OCCURRED WITHOUT NOTICE TO FACILITY. MANAGER SPOKE WITH THE WATER DEPARTMENT DURING THE INSPECTION AND THE WATER DEPARTMENT RESTORED ADEQUATE COLD AND HOT RUNNING WATER WITHIN 30 MINUTES AFTER BEING NOTIFIED THAT THE FACILITY'S WATER WAS SHUT OFF. INSTRUCTED TO ALWAYS CONSISTENTLY CHECK COLD AND HOT WATER IN FACILITY BY FREQUENTLY WASHING HANDS. OFFICE NOTIFIED. PRIORITY VIOLATION. CITATION ISSUED 7-38-030(C).
