INSTRUCTED MANAGER TO ENSURE HOT WATER IS AVAILABLE AT ALL TIMES WITH A MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100F. PRIORITY VIOLATION, 7-38-030(c). CITATION ISSUED. HOT WATER WAS RESTORED TO MINIMUM TEMPERATURE OF 100F AT TIME OF INSPECTION.
