INSTRUCTED TO MAKE SAID DOOR TIGHT FITTING SO AS NO DAYLIGHT CAN BE SEEN AND RODENT PROOF SAID DOOR. INSTRUCTED TO PROVIDE CURRENT PEST CONTROL LOG BOOK WITH ALL REQUIRED DOCUMENTATION AND MAKE AVAILABLE FOR INSPECTOR TO REVIEW AT ALL TIMES. SERIOUS 7-38-020. NO CITATION ISSUED.
